How do I become a "Member" on the website?

Creating a member account on the Tahoe Lake Estates website is a simple process that allows you to engage with our community and access exclusive content. Just follow these easy steps to get started:

1. Navigate to the Member Login:

• Look for the "POA Member Log In" icon on the top right-hand corner of the website's homepage. This is often a small person or profile icon.

• Click on this icon to open the login and signup window.

2. Choose Your Signup Method:

• The website offers a few convenient ways to create an account. You can typically sign up using your email address, or with your existing Google or Facebook account.

• For a quick and easy signup, click on "Sign up with Google" or "Sign up with Facebook" and follow the on-screen prompts to connect your account.

3. Sign Up with Your Email:

• If you prefer to use your email, click on "Sign Up with Email."

• Enter your email address and create a secure password (not the same one you've used 5x already!).

• You may also be asked to provide your first and last name.

• After filling out the information, click the "Sign Up" button.

4. Check Your Email for Verification:

• To ensure your account is secure, a verification email will be sent to the address you provided.

• Open your email inbox and find the message from Tahoe Lake Estates.

• Click on the verification link inside the email to confirm your account.

5. Wait for Admin Approval:

• Member requests will be reviewed every few days by POA Board members. Only verified property owners in good standing will be granted access.

You're All Set!

Once verified and admin approved, use the emailed link to be automatically logged into your new member account.

You can now enjoy full access to the website, including leaving comments on blog posts, participating in forums (if available), and more.

Your membership dues can be paid online once you have logged into the website membership portal. Any dues paid via cash or check will be logged on your account in the coming months.

New annual dues notices will be sent via email starting in 2026 through this website portal.
