  • Board of Directors: Sharon Hughes, Troy Brown, and Rex Easter

  • President: Charley Griggs (returning)

  • Vice President: Skeet Spears

  • Secretary / Treasurer: Jeri Smith

Please join us in thanking our outgoing leaders for their service and welcoming our new leadership team!

Community Updates & Past Year Highlights

The board reviewed key neighborhood projects completed over the past year and shared plans for the upcoming months:

  • Entrance Enhancements: Initial landscaping and improvements at the community entrance were completed this past year. Further upgrades are in development, including the installation of fencing or protective barriers to prevent vehicles from driving across the entrance area.

  • Neighborhood Clean-Up Dumpsters: Tahoe Lake Estates rented large clean-up dumpsters twice during the past year for resident use. Due to positive community feedback and high utilization, the board plans to continue the twice-per-year dumpster rentals for the upcoming year.

  • Financial Report: Former Secretary/Treasurer Steven Hill was out of the country during the meeting and unable to present the annual financial figures in person. A complete financial report will be published here on the website and shared to the neighborhood Facebook page as soon as he returns.

Key Motions & Governance

  • Bylaws Review: Attendees held an extensive discussion regarding neighborhood bylaws. The new board agreed that our governing documents require updating to better reflect current community needs, and a review process will begin shortly.

  • Twice-Yearly General Meetings: Following a discussion on community communication and engagement, a motion was introduced and approved to increase our general meetings from once a year to twice a year. The date for the second meeting will be established by the new board and announced in advance.

Stay tuned for upcoming announcements regarding the next meeting date and the financial report posting. If you have questions or wish to connect with the board, please reach out via our contact page.
